BELGIAN DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Our shipments are made with UPS depending on the country, all packages can be tracked with their corresponding tracking number. Once the order is placed, an email will be sent with the confirmation of the purchase.

Each piece is custom-made, please allow 2-4weeks for your items to be ready. Delivery time depends on the country. You will receive an email with the tracking number once the package has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please be aware that for all international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable tax and duty fees imposed by customs. Unfortunately, we are unable to pre-calculate these fees, as they are determined by each country's customs regulations. We cannot be held responsible for any delays resulting from customs clearance procedures in the destination country.

RETURNS

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For complete satisfaction, returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging with the safety tag attached. To initiate a return, email hello@olimbrussels.com within 3 days of receipt. We'll provide a return authorization within 72 hours. Refunds, minus delivery charges, will be issued upon receipt of the item(s). Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Proof of purchase required. Please use secure delivery. Questions? Contact us.
